The design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems can affect the air we breathe, the water we drink and the reliability of power sources. However, as energy efficiency and sustainable practices have evolved, these systems have become more complex and regularly require advanced levels of collaboration and communication.

While well-designed mechanical systems provide maximum comfort, optimal indoor air quality and minimal operating costs, inefficient systems can shorten operational lifecycles and create unnecessary expenses for building owners and operators. Whether the required system is simple or complex, large or small, we strive to design and implement long-lasting systems that are both economically and environmentally friendly while remaining reliable and easy to maintain.

From powering wastewater treatment plants to illuminating parks and roadways, our electrical engineers pride themselves on providing safe, reliable and adaptable electrical solutions for both public and private sector clients. By working closely with project owners and design teams, we incorporate tailored sustainable approaches to each project that ensure quality is not sacrificed while energy efficiency and cost savings are maximized.

Having worked on hundreds of plumbing system designs, we understand that these systems may often overlap with other building and site design features. We take a collaborative approach with a project’s various disciplines to seamlessly integrate our plumbing system designs and provide high-quality, reliable results that positively impact the project’s safety and security.

Controlling humidity is crucial to a building’s indoor air quality, especially for hospitals, medical offices, computer server rooms and high-end residential buildings. Our team will identify when specific dehumidification systems are required over and above our typical designs and will provide a quality, efficient system that uses minimal energy and requires the smallest possible footprint.

Having worked on hundreds of projects for the construction and renovation of wastewater treatment plants and other large industrial facilities, our team’s experience will ensure that adequate ventilation and odor control is provided to protect the health and safety of staff and equipment. Each industrial design we take on emphasizes serviceability and rugged equipment specifications so that each facility can be maintained with minimal interruption of service for years to come.

During the preliminary design phase, Galata Havuz M.E.P. will ensure all new power, lighting and equipment loads are balanced for all new work. We are also capable of measuring the phase balancing of existing panels and can work with a client’s electrical contractor to correct any imbalances that an electrical system may have.
